Shipping Policy:
When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we'll
estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the
estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose. You can also use
this formula to determine when your order will arrive:
Processing Time:
The amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your
order until we place it on a truck for shipment. This is indicated as
"usually ships" time on every product description. Processing time
may vary, based on the size and availability of your item.
Shipping Time:
Depends on the shipping method you choose. Please see the
chart below for estimated shipping times.
Total Delivery Time:
The amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your
order until the packages arrive. During the checkout process, we will update
you by e-mail with tracking numbers and any other pertinent information
regarding your order.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Estimated total delivery time applies to in-stock products only (not pre-orders
or backorders). If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review
may affect the Estimated Processing Time. We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping
Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.
Shipping and Processing Costs:
We charge a per-pound price based on the total weight of
each shipment. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total weight,
minimum of one pound. If you're shipping to more than one address, we'll charge
you the base and per pound rate for each separate shipment. We may add a
handling surcharge to a few items because of their large size. You'll find
surcharge information included in the product description.

Return Policy:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by
TotallyHaircare.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should
be returned in their original product packaging. Contact us through our online
contact form for returns and we will guide you through the process and even
supply you with a return mailing label you can print out. Claims for damaged or
missing shipments must be made against the respective carrier. Please save your
tracking number for your records.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks
of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for
us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and
the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business
days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and
processed the returned item.
